Youth Sunday School
Sunday School classes meet from 9:50-10:45am, September through May.
Sunday School is a weekly in-depth study and discussion of the Bible that seeks to relate it’s teachings to youth and their lives. Breakfast snacks are provided each Sunday by parent volunteers in all of our classes.
Breakfast and the Bible: This 2 year class is a survey of the Old and New Testament. Youth will review stories and learn new ones while they examine the story of our faith from creation to the early church. Join the group in the Youth Center.
Confirmation is an optional class for youth in grades 8th and higher. Confirmands explore their faith and learn to articulate what they believe. At the end of the course, students are invited to church membership. Confirmation class meets in room 27, near the Youth Center.
Faith Lens: Following the lectionary, which is a set of scripture readings for the calendar year, each week youth will explore the scriptures in conjunction with a recent news story. This class will keep us focused on what God is doing in and around us. High School youth meet in the Youth Room, room 24 near the Youth Center.
